CADA DÍA TEQUILA REPOSADO
Driven by love and passion, cada día tequila was founded to embody the joy of living life to the fullest and embracing the good in each and every day. The essence of cada día honours the Jalisco region's history and culture with nobility and distinction and delivers a remarkable tequila sipping experience.
Process: Our production process includes the use of 8 year old Blue Weber Agave that are slow cooked for 40 hours in a stone oven. Naturally occurring yeasts from the agave are used for fermentation and during distillation only the 'hearts' are used. Finally, the tequila aging process occurs for 8 months in American White Oak Whiskey barrels.
Result: An exceptionally crafted tequila reposado that is flavorful, deeply complex and ultra smooth.
